Link to storyRavens | Kyle Hamilton to be sidelined several weeks Sun Jun 16, 10:02 AM
Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens S Kyle Hamilton's (elbow) recent surgical procedure resulted in some loose bodies being removed from his elbow, according to head coach John Harbaugh. He will need approximately two to three weeks to recover and will be ready for training camp.
Link to storyRavens | Lamar Jackson showing some growth Fri Jun 14, 11:56 AM
Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson could earn more pre-snap responsibilities in his second year under offensive coordinator Todd Monken, according to recent comments from quarterbacks coach Tee Martin.'It takes him understanding how we're blocking things up front to get us to the best run and the best pass for whatever coverage we're facing. He's accepted it and done a heck of a job of getting us into the right play, and today was probably the best day in a long time of him really just having the freedom to do what he wants to do. We saw some really good plays and some positive gains with him doing that today,' Martin said.
Footballguys view: The Ravens pass offense improved as the season progressed in the first year under Monken, and that was without Mark Andrews for the last third of the season. Zay Flowers will be even better in year two and Rashod Bateman will be healthier. Jackson is going as QB4 in fantasy drafts, but can easily finish as QB1, like he did in his second season in the league. |
Ravens | Marlon Humphrey eyeing training camp return Thu Jun 13, 03:47 PM

Link to storyRavens | Isaiah Likely works on side Fri Jun 7, 12:44 AM
Baltimore Ravens TE Isaiah Likely (undisclosed) worked on the side during the voluntary workout Thursday, June 6.
Footballguys view: The injury is undisclosed, but at least we know Likely is working off to the side as OTAs continue. In 13 games last year, Likely scored five touchdowns as a reserve. He could do something like that this season as he continues to be a backup to Mark Andrews. If healthy, Likely is a player to keep on your waiver wire speed dial if Andrews misses time with an injury. |
Ravens | David Ojabo on field Thursday Thu Jun 6, 06:32 PM
Baltimore Ravens LB David Ojabo (knee) was able to participate in some individual drills during the voluntary workout Thursday, June 6.

Link to storyRavens | Lamar Jackson Returns To OTAs Tue Jun 4, 03:37 PM
It's too late to earn his $750,000 workout bonus. It's not too late to get better prepared for the 2024 season. Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has returned to OTAs on Tuesday.
Footballguys view: Jackson, a two-time league MVP, signed a five-year, $260 million contract last year. The deal has $750,000 workout bonuses in 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027. According to PFT's Mike Flori, it's unclear why he's been absent up to this point. The workouts are voluntary, but as Florio pointed out, most NFL starting quarterbacks volunteer to attend unless they have a good reason not to be present. Whatever Jackson's reason, the $750,000 workout bonus for 2024 can't be earned. Fortunately, there's no reason to believe this will hurt Jackson's fantasy production. He's QB4 on our Footballguys 2024 Draft Rankings. |
Ravens | Tylan Wallace stretching the field? Fri May 31, 12:18 AM
Baltimore Ravens WR Tylan Wallace has shown 'a real knack for winning deep out routes' during OTAs, according to Ryan Mink of BaltimoreRavens.com.
Footballguys view: Wallace can fly down the field. That's the hallmark of his game, so it makes sense that he's standing out this way in OTAs. With the addition of Devontez Walker in the 2024 NFL draft, Wallace is pushed further down the depth chart. At this time, Wallace is the fourth or fifth receiver on the depth chart in Baltimore. |
Ravens | David Ojabo should take part in camp Thu May 30, 05:05 PM
Baltimore Ravens LB David Ojabo (knee) should be a full participant at some point during training camp, according to head coach John Harbaugh.
Link to storyRavens | Rasheen Ali takes part in drills Thu May 30, 01:56 PM
Baltimore Ravens RB Rasheen Ali (biceps) was able to participate in team drills for the first time during OTAs on Tuesday, May 28.
Footballguys view: Ali is a speed back who could be an eventual replacement for Justice Hill. The Ravens reportedly studied him in great detail before the draft and were relieved he was still there in the fifth round after there was a running back run in the fourth round. |
Ravens | Odafe Oweh standing out Wed May 29, 09:56 PM

The Baltimore Ravens are searching for a third safety to replace S Geno Stone, who signed as a free agent with the Cincinnati Bengals in March. Defensive coordinator Zach Orr said the Ravens have a few solid in-house candidates, such as Ar'Darius Washington.
Link to storyRavens | Derrick Henry to carry a heavy load? Fri May 24, 12:42 AM
Baltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry is viewed as a 'closer' by offensive coordinator Todd Monken, who said that if Henry 'carries it 300 times' in 2024, then the team would be 'having a helluva year.' He also noted the importance of keeping Henry healthy over the course of the season.
Footballguys view: Henry was a battering ram for the Titans, but he only had 280 carries last year in Tennessee. This season, Henry is now the battering ram for the Ravens - but he doesn't have to do all the heavy lifting with the rushing attack. Using Henry as a closer to finish out games makes sense. We like projecting him for around 250 carries this season, which gives Henry low-end RB1 potential for Fantasy GMs. |
Ravens | OC expects Rashod Bateman to be more involved Thu May 23, 03:04 PM
Baltimore Ravens WR Rashod Bateman has shown improvement this offseason and should be more involved in the passing game this upcoming season, according to offensive coordinator Todd Monken.
Footballguys view: It's going to be hard for Ravens passcatchers to be consistent for fantasy football with a low volume passing game even if Bateman doesn't have a bounce back season, but if he does, good luck predicting who of him, Zay Flowers, and Mark Andrews will lead the team in receiving in any given week. They also a trusted TE2 - Isaiah Likely and WR3 - Nelson Agholor. All of this is good for Lamar Jackson, and while Bateman is still only a very late round target in redraft, he could rehabilitate his value in dynasty leagues. |
Ravens | Bravvion Roy let go Wed May 22, 04:56 PM
Baltimore Ravens DT Bravvion Roy was released Wednesday, May 22.
Link to storyRavens | Keaton Mitchell to miss start of season Wed May 22, 02:54 PM
Baltimore Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) is 'on schedule' in his rehab from a torn anterior cruciate ligament but will not be ready by training camp and isn't expected to return to action until 'sometime during the season,' head coach John Harbaugh said on Wednesday, May 22.
Footballguys view: Mitchell is likely to begin training camp on the PUP list. That means he's likely to begin the regular season on the PUP list. Look for a mid-season return for Mitchell. The Ravens have Derrick Henry and Justice Hill to carry the load while Mitchell is out of action. Upon his return, Mitchell will try to work into the mix as the no.3 back. |

Link to storyRavens | Lamar Jackson drops some weight Wed May 8, 03:27 PM
Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson said he currently weighs 205 pounds after playing the 2023 season at 215 pounds.
Footballguys view: Jackson bulked up to take the NFL beating last year, and he turned in an MVP season. With the addition of RB Derrick Henry, perhaps the Ravens will be a little less pass-happy than they were last season. About a month ago, Ravens HC John Harbaugh said, â??Thereâ??s no doubtâ? that the offense will look different in 2024. |

Link to storyRavens | Andrew Vorhees takes part in minicamp Mon May 6, 07:30 PM

Link to storyRavens | Rasheen Ali may be on field during workouts Mon May 6, 07:27 PM
Baltimore Ravens RB Rasheen Ali (biceps) was able to participate in some individual drills during the rookie minicamp and be able to do some things during offseason workouts.
Footballguys view: Baltimore needed to add depth after not re-signing Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins in free agency. The only healthy backup to Derrick Henry was Justice Hill. There's no timetable for the return of explosive second-year back Keaton Mitchell, who suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 15. Ali is an explosive runner who could factor into the mix down the road, but his fantasy value will be limited by a healthy Henry. |

Baltimore Ravens LB Joe Evans is being used at outside linebacker currently but the team is considering giving Evans a look at tight end or fullback, head coach John Harbaugh said on Saturday, May 4.
Footballguys view: We love players that can play on both sides of the ball. As the offseason continues, we'll see how much Evans is used on offense. |
Ravens | Minor injuries at rookie minicamp Sat May 4, 02:41 PM
Baltimore Ravens DE Adisa Isaac (hamstring) tweaked his hamstring at rookie minicamp on Saturday, May 4. Also, S Beau Brade (ankle) rolled his ankle.
Link to storyRavens | Rasheen Ali to be ready for camp Sat May 4, 02:38 PM
Baltimore Ravens RB Rasheen Ali (biceps) is expected to be ready for training camp, head coach John Harbaugh said on Sunday, May 4.
Footballguys view: Ali has a ton of speed, and he can make plays in space. The rookie will get a chance to earn a spot on the depth chart behind Derrick Henry, Keaton Mitchell, and Justice Hill. |

Link to storyRavens | Zay Flowers finished strong Fri May 3, 12:53 AM
Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers recorded five touchdowns in the final five games of the regular season after managing just one touchdown in his first 11 games.
Footballguys view: Flowers is looking to carry over that momentum to this season. The 2023 first-round pick flashed big-time ability as a rookie, and we like him as a WR3/flex option with the upside to finish his second season as a WR2 for Fantasy GMs out there. |

Link to storyRavens | No timetable for Keaton Mitchell Mon Apr 29, 05:38 PM
Baltimore Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell (knee) does not have a timetable for his return from a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
Footballguys view: The explosive second-year back suffered his season-ending knee injury in Week 15. As the Pro Football Network noted, boasting 4.37-second 40-yard dash speed, elite burst, and a solid receiving profile, a healthy Mitchell would be an ideal complement to newly-signed lead back Derrick Henry. But fantasy managers will need to get a handle on his recovery before investing. Remember, after J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards signed with Los Angeles in free agency, Justice Hill and incoming rookie Rasheen Ali, a fifth-round pick out of Marshall, are the other backs currently on the roster. |
Ravens | Several UDFAs join Baltimore Sun Apr 28, 01:23 PM

North Carolina WR Devontez Walker was selected by the Baltimore Ravens with the 113th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.
Footballguys view: Walker can make ridiculous catches seem routine. He's got a fine catch radius and great body control to work the sidelines or the back of the end zone. Walker has speed to his game, but he needs to work on becoming a better route runner. |
