| Footballguys view: Conner finishes the season with a career-high 1,094 rushing yards. Add in 47 catches for 414 yards and nine combined touchdowns for the Cardinals lead back. Conner signed an extension this season, so he'll likely be an RB2 consideration for Fantasy GMs next year. In Week 18, DeeJay Dallas and Michael Carter should get most of the work. |

Arizona Cardinals RB James Conner's (knee) availability for Week 18 is uncertain at this point because he aggravated his knee injury in Week 17, according to head coach Jonathan Gannon.
| Footballguys view: Gannon explained to reporters on Monday that Conner "took a shot in the same knee," which is why he came out against the Rams. Gannon said they would "do what's best for him and then what's best for the team." If Conner is healthy enough to play and it is good for the team that he does, he will. With Trey Benson out last week, Michael Carter took over as the primary back after Conner left Sunday. We'll be watching for more on Conner and Benson in coming days. The Cardinals' first injury report of the final week of the season will come out Wednesday afternoon. |
