You might look at the above rankings and have questions. The answer is usually found in the Cohesion score (below), a measurement of how the lineup has changed (or not) over the weeks or years. The more players play together, the higher the score. Put together five guys who have never played together, and they will struggle.

Usually, it takes a rookie (0 cohesion) about four weeks to gain full cohesion with his linemates. It takes a new veteran starter about 2-3 weeks to gain full cohesion.
