Jordan Love, Green Bay

Jason Wood - Jordan Love is finally getting his moment in the sun. Now that Aaron Rodgers has publicly announced his desire to play for the Jets, we can believe all the rhetoric from the coaches and front office in Green Bay that have supported Love's ascendance this offseason.

Chad Parsons - With the imminence of Aaron Rodgers leaving Green Bay, Jordan Love is a clear winner of this NFL transition period. Love has waited for most of his rookie contract for an opportunity to start and remains a mystery box due to a limited sample size post-Round 1 pedigree. Having Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and likely another addition in the passing game gives Love a shot to grow together as a young offense.

Dan Hindery - Jordan Love moves up to QB23 in my updated rankings. Depending upon how risk-averse you are, there is a decent case to rank him ahead of older quarterbacks like Kirk Cousins, Russell Wilson, and Jared Goff, who are just ahead of him. Love will get every opportunity to establish himself as the franchise quarterback for the Packers. His physical skills are tantalizing.

Russell Wilson, Denver

Dave Kluge - Russell Wilson showed signs of life after the release of Nathaniel Hackett last year, inspiring hope for a bounceback. If an offseason trade for Sean Payton sparked optimism, their moves in free agency should ignite a promising fire. Ben Powers and Mike McGlinchey were two of this class's most sought-after offensive linemen. Denver paid $140M to sign both. While Samaje Perine might not be the splashiest name, he’s a solid veteran. 34-year-old Wilson doesn’t have the legs that helped him early in his career. Beefing up their front and bringing in a pass-catching back signify a willingness to cater their offense to his flaws. Wilson’s first year in Denver was a trainwreck, but the team has fully invested in a Year 2 bounce back. Wilson went into the 2022 season as a top-10 Dynasty quarterback. While we have him as our QB16, other sites have him as low as QB26. If Wilson shows signs of revitalization with Payton and this new offensive line, he can return to the Dynasty QB1 conversation by midseason.

Daniel Jones, NY Giants

Ben Cummins - Daniel Jones was the QB9 in fantasy points per game (18.2) from Weeks 1-17 last season on the back of 708 rushing yards and 7 rushing touchdowns. And this offseason has been kind to him as he enters year two with Brian Daboll and Mike Kafka. Jones was rewarded with a new contract, and Saquon Barkley, Isaiah Hodgins, Darius Slayton, and Sterling Shepard were all retained. Plus, Darren Waller and Parris Campbell were brought in. Jones has a new alpha receiving weapon in Waller, which should help elevate the Giants’ entire passing game.

Andy Hicks - Daniel Jones was signed to an extension which will see him start for the Giants for at least two more years. That's more certainty than many other Dynasty options at the position. Despite finishing as a borderline fantasy starter in 2022, his passing numbers are a concern. It must be mentioned that he had, through bad luck and poor management, one of, if not the worst, receiving groups in the league. Re-signing Saquon Barkley and adding Darren Waller and Parris Campbell is a good start to maximizing Jones and his fantasy numbers.
