FanDuel GPP Guide: Week 11

Dan Hindery's FanDuel GPP Guide: Week 11 Dan Hindery Published 11/18/2023

Week 11 gives us a challenging 11-game main slate. One of the defining characteristics of this week’s slate is the relative lack of elite quarterback options. Jalen Hurts, Patrick Mahomes II, Lamar Jackson, and Joe Burrow are amongst the top options not available. Plus, many of the top fantasy quarterbacks who are on the main slate are in tough spots. The Bills, Chargers, and Cowboys are each projected to score at least 10% below their season averages.

We define weekly scoring boost as the number of points a team is expected to score versus their season average. It stands out that the six teams with the highest scoring boost in Week 11 each play in the same three games. Arizona (1st in Week 11 scoring boost) faces Houston (5th). The Giants (2nd) face Washington (4th). The Rams (3rd) face Seattle (6th). While most of these teams are not on the list of highest overall team totals, the better-than-usual game environments make players on these rosters sneaky strong bets to outperform expectations.
