While the March dynasty trade value chart came out just a week ago, now is an opportune time to update the section pertaining to rookie pick values, given the importance of the NFL Combine. While college tape is still the most valuable element in scouting incoming rookies, getting a chance to see the top players performing on the same field next to each other always helps. Plus, the NFL Combine is a place where coaches, front office personnel, agents, and reporters all come together to exchange information and rumors. There are plenty of tidbits of information that can help us get a better grasp on where the top prospects are most likely to be drafted.

Post-combine, the tool now includes an updated tab showing only the values of 2023 rookie players. Checking this tab is the best way to get rookie pick values specific to your exact league and is especially helpful if your league has unique scoring.

Please note when looking at the above chart that the pick values above are not exactly equal to the player values below. Higher picks give you more options. There will also be much more separation once we know player landing spots, and these big clusters of players (particularly at running back) will see their values more clearly defined.
Grading the Positions
Let’s quickly take a big-picture look at the quality of each position now that we can add Combine results to the evaluations:
Quarterback: A-
There may not be the slam dunk 1.01 in the mold of Trevor Lawrence, Joe Burrow, or Andrew Luck, but the top of this class is very good. Bryce Young and C.J. Stroud are proven, safer options with plenty of NFL upside. Both look like locks to go in the Top 5. Anthony Richardson and Will Levis carry more risk and do not have the college track records of Stroud or Young, but the balance of risk versus reward makes both legitimate Top 10 prospects. Plus, do not forget Hendon Hooker. He seems solidly in the mix as a Top 50 prospect in the class. Given that likely draft capital and his rushing upside, he is going to have real fantasy value.
