Which passing games are you buying for Week 13?
- John Brown or Michael Crabtree with the optimistic matchup in Atlanta, but Lamar Jackson limiting the passing offense.
- Any Bills pass-catcher with Josh Allen back (at Miami)
- Kenny Golladay with Marvin Jones to IR (vs. Rams)
- Cardinals as huge underdogs at Green Bay
- Raiders as huge underdogs vs. Kansas City
- 49ers as huge underdogs at Seattle
Phil Alexander:
John Brown or Michael Crabtree - Selling. There is zero need to stack Lamar Jackson with any of his pass-catchers.
Any Bills pass-catcher with Josh Allen back - Buying. Robert Foster has proven himself as a worthy tournament dart after consecutive weeks with 47+ yard receptions. Snap share is also on the rise.
Kenny Golladay - Buying. Could lead the league in targets this week with Lions trailing.
Cardinals as huge underdogs at Green Bay - Selling anyone but David Johnson and possibly Larry Fitzgerald. Leftwich is committed to getting them the ball above all else.
Raiders as huge underdogs vs. Kansas City - Selling. Just selling.
49ers as huge underdogs at Seattle - Buying George Kittle and Matt Breida. Breida got to 20 PPR points without a touchdown in an ugly game script last week. Kittle delivered a floor-game against Tampa Bay, but still produced double-digit fantasy points.
James Brimacombe:
- John Brown or Michael Crabtree with the optimistic matchup in Atlanta, but Lamar Jackson limiting the passing offense.
It is hard to invest into the Ravens passing game right now as both Lamar Jackson and Gus Edwards are dominating the touches on the ground over the past couple of games. With the Ravens winning two weeks in a row I don’t see them changing their game plan.
- Any Bills pass-catcher with Josh Allen back (at Miami)
Probably not going there this week as both Zay Jones and Kelvin Benjamin are just not triggering this year. There is always a chance that one of them could grab a long touchdown from Josh Allen but I think there is better options.
- ·Kenny Golladay with Marvin Jones to IR (vs. Rams)
Golladay is going to be a target of mine the rest of the season as he has 35 targets over the last three weeks and it looks like the Lions are wanting to get him involved in the passing game as much as possible. Golladay has 19 receptions, 281 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Against the Rams, you have to like Golladay to see a heavy dose of targets once again.
- Cardinals as huge underdogs at Green Bay
I think you could consider both Christian Kirk and Larry Fitzgerald in GPP’s as they continue to be the go-to receivers in their offense.
- Raiders as huge underdogs vs. Kansas City
I cannot touch the Raiders receiving game this week. Jared Cook is the one name that I would want as he has a nice 47/609/5 stat line on the season and has been the Raiders best player all season long.
- 49ers as huge underdogs at Seattle
George Kittle is the one name that I would feel good about as he has a 56/823/3 stat line on the season and is coming off a two-game span where he has seen 22 targets.
Dan Hindery:
- John Brown or Michael Crabtree with the optimistic matchup in Atlanta, but Lamar Jackson limiting the passing offense.
I don’t like this matchup for the Baltimore wide receivers. Atlanta plays a soft zone and tries to keep everything in front of him. I’ve seen Jackson miss some easy throws short and am not sure if he can be trusted to uplift his receivers at this point.
- Any Bills pass-catcher with Josh Allen back (at Miami)
The only guy I have any interest in is Charles Clay. He saw eight targets from Allen last week and Miami allowed three touchdowns to the Indianapolis tight ends last week. They also gave up multiple touchdowns to both Jordan Thomas and Michael Roberts.
- Kenny Golladay with Marvin Jones to IR (vs. Rams)
I trust the Rams offense to score points and build an early lead, which means Detroit will have to get aggressive passing the ball. If the game plays out that way, it is hard to see Golladay getting less than 10 targets. I love him this week.
- Cardinals as huge underdogs at Green Bay
The Cardinals offense is atrocious. This is a team averaging 77 rushing yards and 155 passing yards per game on the season. With a Vegas team total of 15 points, this is an easy pass for me.
- Raiders as huge underdogs vs. Kansas City
I have some interest in Marcell Ateman for near-minimum price. He saw 63% of the targets to Raiders wide receivers last week. He should get enough chances to have a solid fantasy day.
- 49ers as huge underdogs at Seattle
Nick Mullens has looked like an undrafted backup the last couple weeks. It is hard to see him having success. He does lock onto George Kittle and force the ball to him, so he is a soldi play. So too is Matt Breida, who has looked fantastic the last few weeks.
Will Grant:
- John Brown or Michael Crabtree with the optimistic matchup in Atlanta, but Lamar Jackson limiting the passing offense.
Cleveland is 4-6-1 and technically they still have a chance to make the playoffs. I'd bet on the Browns making the playoffs before I'd bet on Michael Crabtree or John Brown have a big game with Lamar Jackson at quarterback.
- Any Bills pass-catcher with Josh Allen back (at Miami)
And I'd bet on Michael Crabtree having a big game before any of the Bills receivers do.
- Kenny Golladay with Marvin Jones to IR (vs. Rams)
The Lions have no running game without Kerryon Johnson. The Rams defense gave up 50 points to the Chiefs two weeks ago, so they are vulnerable. Golladay and Jones have a great chance to exceed value and make a great stack with Matthew Stafford.
- Cardinals as huge underdogs at Green Bay
The Packers are not great, but I'm fading anyone outside of David Johnson from the Cardinals this week.
- Raiders as huge underdogs vs. Kansas City
David Carr should have an 'above average' game against a soft Kansas City defense. But that only means he'll hit 250 yards passing and maybe to touchdowns. Yawn...
- 49ers as huge underdogs at Seattle
Nick Mullens had just 220 passing yards, 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions against one of the softest defenses in the league. The Seahawks have an average passing defense, and are allowing less than 240 passing yards per game and just 18 passing touchdowns in 11 games. I don’t see Mullens as a big upside this week.
