Omar Cooper Jr. was the final player to declare for the 2026 Draft. He was a three-sport star in high school, adding basketball and track. Cooper stayed local, attending Indiana, and was one of the few holdover players from before coach Curt Cignetti. His career showed steady progression. From redshirting in 2022, becoming a solid backup, to leading the team in receptions and yards in 2025, earning second-team All-America honors. Cooper and teammate Elijah Sarratt are intertwined in the school record book, with Sarratt's 23 touchdowns third in team history and Cooper's 22 just behind. Cooper declared early, with one year of eligibility remaining, after Indiana's national championship.
