Scouting Report

Lincoln Pare began his collegiate journey at Arkansas State, where he saw early playing time and carved out a productive role. After two seasons there, he transferred to Texas State. After a strong 2022 campaign, Pare suffered a significant knee injury, missing the 2023 season and earning a medical redshirt. His comeback culminated in being named MVP of the 2024 First Responders Bowl, where his late-game performance sealed the win for Texas State. Pare's best year came in 2025, when he racked up 1,453 all-purpose yards and 14 touchdowns.

Pare is a compact runner, listed at 5-9. What he lacks in size, he makes up for with a strong leg drive and contact balance. His receiving role has grown almost every year in school, a testament to his work ethic. Pare's shortcomings are his size and athleticism. The big touchdowns against Sun Belt competition likely come up short in the NFL. His size, while adequate in a small conference, could be an issue in the pros. He's also an older prospect, getting extra years of eligibility due to COVID-19 and a season-ending knee injury. Pare is a versatile weapon who overcame a difficult path in college, but has a ceiling as a rotational back.

Rundown

Pare is an undersized but versatile weapon who will have to answer questions about his size and athleticism during NFL training camp.
