Scouting Report

Kentrel Bullock hails from Columbia, Mississippi, and began his collegiate career at Ole Miss in 2020. He spent three seasons with the Rebels, primarily contributing on special teams, logging just 20 offensive touches. Seeking a more consistent role, Bullock transferred to South Alabama for the 2023 season. He immediately set a career high with 98 touches in his first year with the Jaguars, and his role steadily expanded over the next two seasons. Bullock's development culminated in a featured role and his first 1,000-yard rushing season in 2025.

Bullock is a rhythm runner who can wear down defenses with volume. He's at his best on inside zone concepts, where his above-average vision allows him to identify creases and cutback lanes. He's a no-nonsense, downhill runner who finishes runs and consistently keeps the offense on schedule. While he lacks true breakaway speed, he has flashed the ability to generate chunk plays when lanes open. His strongest traits are his durability and reliability. The concerns stem from his athletic profile and projection. Bullock failed to carve out an offensive role at Ole Miss, and questions surrounding competition level and top-end athleticism remain. He shows functional traits, but none that clearly separate him from the large pool of draft-eligible running backs.

Rundown

Bullock is a steady, dependable grinder with inside-zone utility. Still, he'll need strong testing numbers to quiet concerns about athletic upside and avoid being pigeonholed as a late Day 3 or priority free-agent option.
