Scouting Report
Devin Voisin is the 2026 Draft graybeard and feel-good story. A three-star recruit in the 2019 class, Voisin has been a member of the South Alabama football team for seven seasons. Voisin has lost two seasons to injury and is one of the final players with the bonus COVID eligibility. Voisin was a late addition to the Senior Bowl roster and extends South Alabama's seven-year streak of having a player in Mobile, which plays in the Jaguars' home stadium. Coach Major Applewhite's program has quietly become a feeder for NFL pass catchers; Jalen Tolbert, Gerald Everett, Kawaan Baker, Jalen Wayne, Jamaal Pritchett, and Jeremiah Webb have appeared on NFL rosters over the last decade.
Voisin is likely a long shot for an NFL career. He led South Alabama in receiving in both 2022 and 2025, on teams that included Wayne and fellow 2026 draft prospect Caullin Lacy. He also served as the team's punt returner in 2025. Voisin is a team leader who was nominated for the Wuerffel Trophy, which is awarded to the player who best combines community service with leadership on and off the field. He earned placement on the All-Sun Belt team twice during his career.
