Omarion Hampton Downgrade- Will Play
There's not much news this morning . However, one thing is there are some pictures that came out of Omarion Hampton wearing a big brace on his right ankle. It's a bit concerning that he won't be as close to 100% even though he is going to play this week. He's still an ok play at the price, but is no loger the number one guy on my board as indicated in the player rankings. He likely falls behind TreVeyon Henderson as the top value play. You could make the case that Rhamondre Stevenson should be ahead of him as well, but in terms of just volume, there's a higher likelihood that Hampton gets some game day treatment and is closer to 100% than we think, while Stevenson is somewhat capped simply based on the number of touches that he will get.
One idea that I've been toying with is the idea of playing two tight ends in the same lineup. It's a very risky strategy, but both George Kittle and Dallas Goedert have ceilings high enough that could pay off their $6,300 and $5,600 price points and be the best cost/$ players in that range.
Week 18 Primary Cash Lineup Recap- Win- Season Record 6-11
Week 18 finished the season with a three week winning streak, which is extremely encouraging heading into next season. The key player to last week was Tank Bigsby who was great with 17.1 FanDuel points at just 5% rostered. The choice was between Bigsby, Jordan Mason, and Jaylen Wright and it was Bigsby who was the only one who reached cash value as Wright had just 3.0 FanDuel points, while Mason had 9.4. If there was a disappointing player, it was Bijan Robinson who had just 5.8 points despite the 19-17 victory for Atlanta as he had just 33 yards on 15 carries.
Overall, this has been a weird season, it’s been one that has likely been a bit unlucky given Emeka Egbuka, Saquon Barkley, CeeDee Lamb, Wan’Wan'Dale Robinson a few others best games all happened when they were extremely highly rostered. Finishing 6-11 is certainly not a way to end the year, but there’s also hope heading into next year. This was by far the worst season in the history of this article, and just the second-losing season overall. However, it is going to sound cliché, but the process continues to be the same every week. This article is a labor of love, and something that takes me 15+ hours on most weeks to fully complete. Without you all reading this, it wouldn’t be possible, so for that I thank you.
