For those unfamiliar, Underdog Pick'em is an exciting daily fantasy game where players can make predictions on player performance across various stats. The concept is simple: choose whether a player will go higher or lower on their projected stats, and if all your selections are correct, you can win big.
How It Works
To get started, you need to pick at least two props from two different teams. These can range from a player’s touchdowns, passing yards, or even fantasy points. You’ll select whether each prop will go higher or lower than the projected stat.
Payouts
The payout structure is designed to reward you based on the number of selections in your ticket. The more props you add, the higher the potential payout. Typically, Underdog Fantasy's pick'em contests follow these payout multiples:
- Two picks: 3x
- Three picks: 6x
- Four picks: 10x
- Five picks: 20x
I’ll note if any of the picks given in this article have a different payout structure. So, whether you're placing a simple two-pick ticket or shooting for the stars with five, there are plenty of options.
Big Play Wide Receivers (6X)
CeeDee Lamb – Higher than 0.5 Total Yards
- CeeDee Lamb is a "free square" this week, thanks to Underdog's special promo reducing his yardage line to just 0.5 total yards. This makes Lamb an easy pick to hit, allowing players to focus on maximizing their remaining selections for a higher potential payout.
DeVonta Smith – Higher than 72.5 Receiving Yards
DeVonta Smith has played every offensive snap this season and remains Jalen Hurts’ most trusted target with A.J. Brown likely sidelined. In Week 2, Smith saw a 34.5% target share, catching 7 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni hinted that Brown could miss the game due to hamstring tightness, leaving Smith as the top receiving option. In the only other game Smith played without Brown before last week, he exploded for 8 catches on 12 targets for 148 receiving yards in last year’s playoff loss to Tampa Bay. He is averaging 112 receiving yards per game without Brown.
Rashid Shaheed – Higher than 47.5 Receiving Yards
Rashid Shaheed has been explosive early in games, averaging 77.5 receiving yards and 1.0 touchdowns per game in the first quarter through two weeks. However, his production has dipped in later quarters due to game script, as the Saints took hue early leads and played conservatively in the second half of both games.
In a more competitive game against the Eagles’ high-powered offense, Shaheed could see full-game production rather than just early success. As one of the breakout stars in the Saints’ offense, Shaheed is poised to build on his early season performances in Week 3.
