It happened, folks. College football returned just as the prophecies foretold! Moreover, dynasty degenerates like you and I can begin to assign tangible values to our 2025 picks. This is a crucial time of year when other dynasty managers push in their chips for a title run, or some may have incorrectly valued their roster. Thus creating a fantastic buy/sell window for you to capitalize on. So we'll break down the Big Board for the 2025 class, look at the values of current draft picks, and give you real trades to help you not “get got” while the dynasty movement picks up for the season.
Standout Performances
QB Quinn Ewers (Redshirt JR - Texas) 6-2, 209 lbs
Quinn Ewers showed us the prime example of the benefit of staying another season in an elite offensive system. The Redshirt Junior put up 24 out of 36 for 246 yards and three touchdowns, with rhythm and flow. It was a beautiful thing to see when a highly touted player finally put things together. Ewers took that next step of marrying the arm talent to the footwork, but more importantly, had such a cerebral feel for the offense that it looked effortless. Even better when you consider this was against a stout Michigan defense coached by Wink Martindale. I'm comfortably ready to move Ewers to the top of the board.

QB Cam Ward (Redshirt SR - Miami) 6-2, 223 lbs
I heard all of your replies and messages about Cam Ward, and I became a fan during his breakout game against CSU last season. The fifth-year Senior has mobility, a live arm, and a cool demeanor that you expect to see from an experienced player, which led to a four-touchdown game…
even tho this doesnt count Cam Ward is CRAZYYYY pic.twitter.com/IOBTceLafu

…against Florida A&M. For what is worth, Miami played well against Florida and looks like the top team in the ACC. I'm just unsure if he's another late riser like Michael Penix Jr. (who hasn't played an NFL snap) or Kenny Pickett (who's arguably played too many.) My biggest issue with Ward is probably one of the things folks like most: How casual he looks in the pocket. Now, I'm not saying I want a trigger-happy QB who panics, but I'm concerned at how long he's willing to hold onto the ball. These plays will do wonders for a college team, but I need to see more throws on time against stiffer competition. This may seem nitpicky, but when you look at Justin Fields and other new-generation QBs struggling with this same issue, it makes one worry.
RB Ashton Jeanty (JR - Boise St.) 5-9, 215 lbs
Ashton Jeanty is RB1 until further notice
Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty (now +5000) has received more money to win the Heisman than every other CFB player COMBINED since Sunday ??

The Junior is the complete package with angry runs and NFL level burst to go with contact balance. The popular comp is Kareem Hunt, which I can agree with, but I'd take it a step further and call him a hybrid of both he and Breece Hall. All the praise aside, keep in mind that this a very deep class and there is plenty of value beyond Jeanty.
