Footballguys hosts multiple projectors for offensive players. Often, their opinions on players are fairly similar.
But sometimes, they have differences. Stark differences.
We asked them to back up those projections, and they have.
Here are two quarterbacks whose projections vary.
Daniel Jones, NY Giants

Expecting Daniel Jones to improve dramatically because Brian Daboll is the head coach makes little sense. Brian Daboll was an underwhelming play-caller on three NFL teams before hooking up with Josh Allen in Buffalo. Allen made that pair, not the other way around. Jones has had a miserable training camp, and the receiving corps is not better than last year's unit that threw for just 15 touchdowns. Jones is highly unlikely to remain the starter for the entire season and will be one of the worst per-game quarterbacks in the interim.
Anthony Amico
I'm pretty sure I'm the highest here on Jones. This is mostly about Daboll, who has been one of the most aggressive coaches in the league in pass rate over expectation. Giants are a mediocre team, so I expect a lot of volume. Jones also runs the ball a good amount -- thinking like a homeless man's Josh Allen here. That's a QB1.
Sigmund Bloom
The hope of Jones doing more with a competent coaching staff has been dampened by less than encouraging reports from training camp. The Giants can also possibly acquire Jimmy Garoppolo or switch to Tyrod Taylor if Jones' poor pocket presence doesn't improve or his neck issues resurface. He's a QB3 dart in Superflex/2QB leagues, nothing more.
Maurile Tremblay
I would not draft Jones in a best-ball league because I don't trust him to remain the starter all season with Tyrod Taylor looking over his shoulder. But in more traditional leagues with a Superflex position, Jones presents decent upside due to (a) a decent amount of garbage-time play expected and (b) his underrated rushing ability. I'd take a shot at him a bit earlier than most in Superflex leagues.
Justin Freeman
Perhaps this year's poster boy of "better in fantasy than in real football," Daniel Jones, possesses a ceiling reminiscent of peak Blake Bortles (is that a compliment or fightin' words?). The hope here is that Brian Daboll is able to correct the obvious coaching weaknesses that Jones has played through during his rookie contract. We don't need the Giants to be a top-five offense for Jones to succeed. But if he can flirt with 80-90 rush attempts, there are so many ways he can annihilate ADP.
