Sleepers on the Cincinnati Bengals

Reasons RB Chase Brown Could Be a Sleeper

  • Maurile Tremblay: Locked-in lead back role plus expanded receiving workload gives him RB1 upside at a Round 3 price in this offense.
  • Jason Wood: His workload last year as a starter implies top-5 value, so even with some touch regression as Samaje Perine and Zack Moss settle into their roles, Brown's floor is easily an RB1 in any scoring format, as long as he stays healthy.
  • Jeff Haseley: A first-round talent that you can draft at the end of round two or the beginning of round three.
  • Julia Papworth: With very little depth behind Brown (Rookie Tahj Brooks and Veteran Samaje Perine), Brown could have an amazing amount of work on a team ripe with offensive firepower.
  • Dan Hindery: The only piece of the Bengals offense that has not been appropriately valued this offseason has been Brown. He deserves to go in the middle of the second round, and his ADP is slowly but surely rising to that level.
