GB @ DET
- The Packers offense was able to stand toe-to-toe and trade punches with the Lions, but it was a quiet fantasy night for Jordan Love, who remained a low-volume passer. Josh Jacobs scored three times on the ground to lower Love's ceiling as the Packers continue to have a penchant for running in goal-to-go situations.
- Jayden Reed posted a goose egg as he has been one of the purest boom/bust wide receiver plays this year. The booms are big, but the busts are more frequent. The Packers have said things to indicate that he might be more involved against Seattle, so he's probably still a WR3/Flex consideration in the fantasy playoffs.
- Christian Watson had a big game and should be considered a similar boom/bust WR3/Flex proposition against Seattle.
- Tucker Kraft led the team in catches and has been a consistent TE1 since Luke Musgrave went on injured reserve in Week 5. He deserves to be in playoff lineups unless you have a clear top-five option.
- The Lions offense resumed scoring at the level that put them ahead of the rest of the league after two weeks of looking like a merely good unit. That made Jared Goff a solid play again in a more pass-heavy game plan than in recent weeks. He should be a strong consideration in Week 15 against a Buffalo defense that Josh Allen just lit up for six scores.
- Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, and Sam LaPorta weren't busts, but they didn't have ceiling games because Tim Patrick scored twice. Patrick should be added from the waiver wire and is a WR3/Flex consideration this week.
CLE @ PIT
- Jameis Winston is proving to be a high-floor/high-ceiling play because of his garbage-time production when he is contained for most of the game as the Steelers did in this game. He's a streaming QB1 consideration against the Chiefs in Week 15.
- Jerome Ford out-snapped Nick Chubb in a losing game script for the second straight week. Expect the same against Kansas City this week. Both are not promising what-the-heck flex plays.
- Jerry Jeudy and David Njoku both scored and should be in Week 15 lineups. Njoku is a top-five tight end for the fantasy playoffs, and Jeudy is a high-ceiling WR3/Flex.
- Russell Wilson cooled off as a fantasy quarterback without George Pickens. Pickens is also likely to be out in Week 15 against a tough Philadelphia defense, so Wilson is not a preferred streamer.
- Pat Freiermuth scored again and should be considered a low-end TE1 for Week 15 with Pickens likely out.
- Najee Harris scored but didn't catch a pass. Jaylen Warren did more, and Cordarelle Patterson was quiet on a day that he fumbled. Harris is a low-ceiling RB2 against the Eagles, and Warren is more of a desperation play than a what-the-heck flex in what should be a defensive battle.
NO @ NYG
- Derek Carr went out with a fractured hand and will likely miss the rest of the season. It's not clear if Jake Haener or Spencer Rattler will start, but the Saints pass offense is basically off limits for fantasy either way. Haener is the better pickup in 2QB/Superflex since he was the backup in Week 14 until we hear more about who will start against Washington, who is obviously a preferred D/ST for Week 15.
- Juwan Johnson scored and was one of the leading receivers as a tight end, but the loss of Carr hurts his appeal as a streamer in the playoffs.
- Kendre Miller scored and looked like a runner with something to offer in the future, but he wasn't efficient in a so-so situation that is getting worse. He's only an Alvin Kamara injury insurance bench stash and not a preferred injury upside backup.
- Drew Lock was terrible as a passer. When projecting the Giants' pass offense, it doesn't matter whether he or Tommy DeVito starts in Week 15 against Baltimore.
- Malik Nabers played despite hurting his hip during the week and posted a good enough result to keep him in lineups as a WR3/Flex against the Ravens.
- Tyrone Tracy Jr. got a lead-back workload, including in the passing game, and he scored. He's a solid RB2/Flex play in Week 15 despite a tough matchup.
NYJ @ MIA
- Aaron Rodgers had his first 300+ yard game of the season and should be considered a high-floor streamer for Week 15 against Jacksonville. He is playing well enough to make Garrett Wilson and Davante Adams borderline WR1 plays.
- Isaiah Davis and Braelon Allen split the backfield almost equally with Breece Hall sitting. For the second straight week, Davis was the one that scored. Both are what-the-heck flex plays if Hall sits again in Week 15, with Davis the preferred option.
- Tua Tagovailoa is warming up as a passer and should be considered a boom/bust streamer against Houston. His offensive tackles are hurt and the Texans defensive end combination is one of the best in the league, but Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle are loosening up defenses and looking like the dangerous duo we expected when we drafted them highly during the summer.
- Jaylen Wright and Jeff Wilson Jr. split work behind De'Von Achane with Raheem Mostert out. There's no injury upside backup to roster behind Achane.
- Jonnu Smith didn't catch a pass in regulation but caught three balls, including the game-winning score, in overtime. He's still a solid TE1 and in Week 15 lineups unless you have a top-five option.
JAX @ TEN
- Mac Jones reverted to being one of the bottom-half backup quarterbacks (if that), but at least got the ball a lot to Brian Thomas Jr. in the second half. Thomas should be in as at least a WR3/Flex against the Jets, but Jones is just a desperation play in 2QB/Superflex after a glimmer of hope of relevance in the second half of Week 13.
- Tank Bigsby was the lead back in the running game and scored the game's only touchdown. He's an RB2/Flex play against the Jets, while Travis Etienne Jr. did enough as a receiver to be in what-the-heck flex consideration in Week 15.
- Evan Engram remains a high-floor/low-ceiling option better suited for PPR leagues in Week 15.
- Will Levis continues to show that he's not the answer at quarterback for the Titans, and his appeal to 2QB/Superflex players continues to diminish heading into a plus matchup against the Bengals. He's probably just a desperation play, and you might want to break ties against Calvin Ridley despite the quality matchup.
- Tony Pollard is running with a lot of heart and still deserves an RB2 spot in Week 15 lineups. Tyjae Spears' return is no threat to his workload.
- Nick Westbrook-Ikhine had a potential game-winning score glance off of his hands. He was a bust and is back to desperation play status against the Bengals.
ATL @ MIN
- Kirk Cousins got the downfield passing game going again to Darnell Mooney, but he was a fantasy bust despite going over 300 yards because of two interceptions and the running backs accounting for the two offensive touchdowns. Cousins isn't in streaming consideration despite the good matchup against the Raiders, and the talk for him to be replaced by Michael Penix Jr. could reach a peak if he loses to Las Vegas. Mooney, however, is back to being a high-ceiling WR3/Flex who should be in Week 15 lineups.
- Ray-Ray McCloud III had his second good week in a row and appears to be prominent in Cousins' progressions. He's a what-the-heck flex against the Raiders.
- Tyler Allgeier scored and returned to his impressive midseason form on his touches. He's a desperation flex, but he looks like one of the most important injury-upside backups on the roster again.
- Kyle Pitts only caught one pass and isn't worth rostering unless Penix is installed as the starter in the next week or two, maybe not even then.
- Sam Darnold was nearly flawless against a resurgent Falcons pass rush. He's a solid QB1 option against the sleepy Bears defense in Week 15.
- Jordan Addison was lethal as a downfield option and got open in the red zone with ease. He was one of the biggest plays of Week 14 and is a must-start in Week 15. Justin Jefferson also had a huge game, even with Addison going off.
- T.J. Hockenson wasn't a bust and could still be a good Week 15 after George Kittle ran free often through the Bears defense last week. But Hockenson isn't an automatic Week 15 play.
CAR @ PHI
- Bryce Young was good in a tough matchup again. Only a Xavier Legette drop on a tough play kept him from leading a game-winning drive in the last two minutes from his own end zone with no timeouts and being a solid QB2/Superflex play. He's a good QB2/Superflex and a viable streamer against the Cowboys this week.
- Jonathon Brooks went down with his second torn ACL in the same knee in the last year. We may not see him in 2025. Chuba Hubbard is back to being a high-ceiling, must-play RB2 in Week 15.
- Adam Thielen was a PPR WR1 level play despite the tough matchup and should be in lineups as a WR1/WR2 against the Cowboys. He could end up being a huge piece for teams that recently added him off the waiver wire.
- Jalen Hurts had a solid fantasy game, thanks to Saquon Barkley being tackled at the one again. But the passing game was choppy, and there are reports of frustration between him and A.J. Brown. Hurts is still a must-start in Week 15, but a floor game against the Steelers wouldn't be surprising.
- DeVonta Smith scored and probably is a viable WR3/Flex against the Steelers, but like the rest of the offense, lower expectations for Week 15.
LV @ TB
- Aidan O'Connell went out with a bone bruise after a season-ending injury was feared. He has a chance to play in Week 15, which would be much better for Jakobi Meyers and Brock Bowers. Bowers should be in Week 15 lineups if Desmond Ridder is the starter. Meyers is more debatable if it's not full PPR and you can't start four wide receivers.
- Sincere McCormick got a lead-back workload and looked good. He's a flex play against the Falcons.
- Michael Mayer was basically a full-time player and almost doubled Bowers' production. He's a viable streamer if your tight end situation is dire going into the fantasy playoffs and a possible add if you don't like your depth at the position.
- Baker Mayfield was back to being a good-to-great QB1 option after a rough Week 13. The Chargers defense is probably better than the Raiders, but Mayfield is a strong Week 15 unless you have an elite QB1 option.
- Bucky Irving left with an aggravation of his back injury. He's unsure for Week 15, and Rachaad White would become a high-ceiling RB2 if Irving is out.
- Jalen McMillan scored twice and put himself in what-the-heck flex consideration for Week 15.
- Cade Otton had some big downfield plays and put himself back in desperation tight end play with his best game since Mike Evans returned.
SEA @ ARI
- Zach Charbonnet was a force as a runner and receiver and posted a massive week-winning stat line. The Seahawks are doing more tests on Ken Walker III's injured calf. If Walker can't play vs. Green Bay, Charbonnet is an RB1, but even if Walker can play, Charbonnet may have turned this into a committee. He may end up being the better play, even if Walker returns in Week 15.
- Geno Smith had a quiet game with Charbonnet scoring twice on the ground and the Seahawks leading for most of the game. He's not a preferred Week 15 streamer. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is still a must-play WR2 and scored, and DK Metcalf's upside is too good to leave on your Week 15 bench, even though he hasn't scored since Week 7.
- Kyler Murray was uneven. But the game script forced a higher pass volume, and he posted a solid fantasy output. He's a boom/bust QB1 against the Patriots at home this week.
- James Conner had his best game in a month and was the only Cardinal to post a ceiling game. He came on in December last year and could be poised to do it again.
- Marvin Harrison Jr. was pedestrian in an all too familiar story this season. The Patriots have a good young #1 corner in Christian Gonzalez, so Harrison isn't an essential play in Week 15 and is closer to what-the-heck flex than strong WR3/Flex play.
CHI @ SF
- The Bears didn't show up in the first half. Caleb Williams still scraped out an adequate score as a QB2/Superflex in garbage time, as did DJ Moore (at least in PPR leagues). Rome Odunze caught both garbage time scores. He's the better what-the-heck flex option in Week 15 than Keenan Allen, while Moore remains a boom/bust WR3/Flex.
- D'Andre Swift was held in check and not that involved in the passing game, even with Roschon Johnson out. He's a boom/bust flex play and not an essential start if Johnson is back.
- Brock Purdy and the whole 49ers offense was basically unopposed for the first half. Purdy is back in play as a high-ceiling QB1 against the weary Rams defense on Thursday.
- Isaac Guerendo was a big-time producer as a runner and receiver, but he left the game with a foot sprain and is probably not going to play in Week 15 because of the Thursday game. He may even be out longer. Patrick Taylor Jr. backed him up and is a flex play for Week 15, but Israel Abanikanda could also see work in the backfield. Abanikanda should be on our waiver wire watch list for the playoffs.
- Jauan Jennings was back to being a WR1 level play with two scores and George Kittle was getting free in the secondary with ease. Both are must-starts despite some scoring lulls over the last two weeks.
- Deebo Samuel Sr. was unimpressive on his touches and is only a what-the-heck flex for Week 15 despite his protestations to the contrary.
BUF @ LAR
- Josh Allen had the best quarterback game in the last twenty years or more with three passing scores and three rushing scores.
- James Cook was quiet as the Bills played from behind. He's tough to bench in Week 15, but another floor game against a tough Lions run defense wouldn't be a surprise.
- Amari Cooper got #1 wide receiver targets and played like one. He's an easy WR3/Flex play against the Lions, coming on at the right time.
- Khalil Shakir got free for a long catch and run score and also has to be in lineups as a WR3/Flex in Week 15.
- Matthew Stafford was slinging it against the Bills defense and deserves streaming QB1 consideration against the 49ers. If the Rams hadn't scored three times on the ground, Stafford would have had an even bigger game.
- Puka Nacua had one of the rushing scores and was open all over the Bills secondary all day. He was an elite WR1 play, and few wide receivers are more valuable going into the fantasy playoffs.
- Cooper Kupp had a couple of long gains and a score, dissipating doubts about his viability after a quiet Week 14. He's back to being a strong WR2 play against the 49ers.
LAC @ KC
- Justin Herbert got banged up but finished the game. Still, without Ladd McConkey, he wasn't a good fantasy option. Even if McConkey can play against Tampa, Herbert is just a QB2/Superflex option, and we need to monitor practice reports.
- With McConkey out, Joshua Palmer and Quentin Johnston both had adequate WR3/Flex games, and Palmer's could have been bigger if he and Herbert had been on the same page for what would have been a long touchdown. Palmer and Johnston will be WR3/Flex options against Tampa if McConkey is out, what-the-heck flex if McConkey is in.
- Will Dissly got hurt in the game and is droppable.
- Gus Edwards scored, but this running game is not threatening. He's only rosterable as desperation depth.
- Isiah Pacheco moved ahead of Kareem Hunt in the backfield but wasn't a strong play. He's only a flex option against the Browns.
- No one in the Chiefs pass offense - including Patrick Mahomes II - was a good play against a game Chargers defense. Mahomes is only a streaming option against the Browns. Xavier Worthy is a high-ceiling, what-the-heck flex. Travis Kelce needs to stay in lineups, but his ceiling is down from his midseason outburst when he was targeted by necessity. DeAndre Hopkins is a what-the-heck flex. Noah Gray is a potential streaming tight-end option. This could get even more complicated if Marquise Brown returns soon as expected.
CIN @ DAL
- Joe Burrow to Ja'Marr Chase was a massive connection. They are peaking at the right time. Burrow is a top-five quarterback option against the Titans in Week 15.
- Chase Brown continues to be a gift RB1 down the stretch and could be a league winner.
- Tee Higgins and the Bengals tight ends weren't difference-makers. Higgins should still be lineups as a high-ceiling WR2/WR3 against the Titans.
- Cooper Rush didn't post a huge game and is only a 2QB/Superflex desperation play against the Panthers.
- Rico Dowdle ran as well as he has all year and should be in lineups as an RB2 against the Panthers.
- CeeDee Lamb posted his best game since Dak Prescott got hurt. His Week 13 shoulder injury isn't a worry going into Week 15.
