WAS @ PHI

  • The Eagles defense is playing better, but it's also clear Jayden Daniels hasn't been the same since suffering a rib injury. It will be tough to bench Daniels against the Cowboys, but if he doesn't come through, we might recommend starting another quarterback in Week 13, even though the Commanders face Tennessee.
  • Brian Robinson Jr. was back and looked like his old self. He can be played as an RB2 going forward.
  • Terry McLaurin was shut down by Quinyon Mitchell, who is already budding into a top corner as a rookie. Mitchell will have another challenge against Puka Nacua this week, and the Commanders should think about moving McLaurin around in the formation more often. You should still put McLaurin in your lineup in Week 12.
  • Saquon Barkley is playing the best football of his career right now.
  • DeVonta Smith isn't a reliable play with Dallas Goedert back in the offense. Consider him a what-the-heck WR3/Flex. Goedert, on the other hand, is worth starting going forward.

LV @ MIA

  • Gardner Minshew II played well enough to not get benched, mainly by throwing to Brock Bowers a lot.
  • Jakobi Meyers didn't do much as a receiver but did have a 20-yard run to avoid being a fantasy bust on the day.
  • Alexander Mattison and Zamir White both got hurt in this game. If they can't go against Denver in Week 12, rookie Dylan Laube and Ameer Abdullah will be what-the-heck flex plays with six teams on bye.
  • Raheem Mostert got banged up again, and it looks like Jaylen Wright is the backup to De'Von Achane. Wright should be rostered if bench size allows, while Mostert isn't an essential hold.
  • Tyreek Hill got seven catches and scored, but the vertical passing game isn't clicking for the Dolphins. Jaylen Waddle was quiet again and isn't a clear fantasy start until he goes off on our bench.
  • Don't hold your breath waiting for Waddle to go off on your bench because the Dolphins are getting rookie Malik Washington involved, and Jonnu Smith might be the best weapon in their passing game. Smith had two scores, including one from distance. He's a solid TE1 play against the Patriots.
  • Tua Tagovailoa had a good fantasy game, but it was mostly due to matchup. The good news if you need him with six teams on bye is that he has a good matchup again this week vs. New England.

CLE @ NO

  • Jameis Winston played from behind and made good fantasy plays out of Jerry Jeudy (who had an 89-yard busted coverage extended play touchdown when the game was still in question), Elijah Moore, and David Njoku. Don't worry too much if you have Cedric Tillman; the numbers will come as long as Winston keeps filling the air with footballs. The whole passing game should take a step back against the Steelers this week and maybe for the next four weeks against a tough stretch of PIT-DEN-PIT-KC.
  • Nick Chubb was quiet because the team trailed most of the way. Jerome Ford has what-the-heck flex value in PPR leagues as long as the Browns' game scripts match Week 11.
  • Taysom Hill had a truly singular game with 138 rushing yards, three rushing scores, eight receptions for 50 yards, an interception, a fumble, and a kick return for 42 yards. Interim head coach Darren Rizzi might like him even more than Dennis Allen. Hill is a solid TE1 play going forward.
  • Marquez Valdes-Scantling came through with a long busted coverage catch and run score (which the Browns defense is good for these days). Valdes-Scantling could be worth carrying through the bye if your roster is large enough.
  • Derek Carr was still a solid play, even with Hill's monumental afternoon. He has some value in 2QB/Superflex, especially if Chris Olave can come back soon. The Browns pass defense remains one to target.

IND @ NYJ

  • Anthony Richardson is going to be okay. He was more accurate and given the green light to run at the goal line. He accounted for three scores and should be considered a high-ceiling QB1 against Detroit and going forward.
  • Jonathan Taylor was corralled by the Jets defense, but Richardson's improved play is going to increase his value.
  • Josh Downs caught five balls, including a score. He's going to be fine with Richardson. Michael Pittman Jr would have had a solid day if he hadn't dropped a ball that would have gone for big yards. He's going to have some value if he can stay on the field. Alec Pierce is going to have value if Pittman can't, and maybe even if he can with his game as a downfield target.
  • The Jets offense was pathetic for most of the first half. Davante Adams and Garrett Wilson aren't going to be more than WR3/Flex plays with Aaron Rodgers. GM Joe Douglas was fired after this game.
  • Breece Hall was the only good thing about Jets offense. He still has the ceiling we hoped for (he had it without Rodgers last year), but the low floor will remain in play after the bye.

MIN @ TEN

  • Sam Darnold had a good fantasy stat line, but he was still shaky at times and got bailed out by a few timely penalties. He's not a strong QB1 against the Bears in Week 12.
  • Aaron Jones and Cam Akers are close to a committee split as the approach of giving Jones the workhorse treatment is over, at least for now. Akers should be rostered in every league and even scored as a receiver in this one.
  • T.J. Hockenson's snap count isn't going up and he's not a reliable play yet. Josh Oliver outproduced him but suffered an ankle injury, so maybe Hockenson's snap count will go up by necessity.
  • Will Levis didn't make any big mistakes. He wasn't particularly effective against a tough Vikings defense, but a 98-yard catch and run (at least they let him throw from his own end zone) by Nick Westbrook-Ikhene buoyed the passing stats if you needed to use Levis in 2QB/Superflex. Levis also did enough to keep Calvin Ridley from being a bust.
  • Tyjae Spears suffered a concussion, but Tony Pollard was held in check. Even if Spears is out in Week 12 at Houston, Pollard is only a flex play.

GB @ CHI

  • Jordan Love had one regrettable decision in the red zone, but otherwise was very good, but only on 17 attempts. Love added a rushing score to post a strong fantasy game in the end. He's still a shaky QB1 play against a strong 49ers defense.
  • Josh Jacobs was the engine of the offense and looks prime for a big stretch run.
  • Christian Watson had two long catches and should be on a roster. Consider him a what-the-heck flex for now, but if he can string together two good games, he'll move back into high-ceiling WR3/Flex range.
  • Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed (who at least had a short score) weren't targeted much, and Tucker Kraft didn't catch a pass. They will be shaky plays if the Packers stay run-heavy going forward.
  • Caleb Williams looked much more comfortable with new play-caller Thomas Brown, especially as a scrambler, which is key to his fantasy value. He's rosterable in 1QB leagues again.
  • Roschon Johnson got a short score and a bigger share of the backfield, which the team indicated was by design. He should be rostered in every league with the offense revived.
  • DJ Moore got a little banged up but was the target of four screens and received enough targets to be a viable PPR play again. Rome Odunze led the team in targets, and he's also back in WR3/Flex consideration with the offense improving.
  • Cole Kmet didn't have a big game but was the clear primary tight end as Gerald Everett was a Shane Waldron addition. Kmet should be on your waiver wire watch list.

JAX @ DET

  • The Jaguars offense was embarrassing, but Mac Jones did at least target Brian Thomas Jr. enough to make him a decent WR3/Flex play. Hopefully Trevor Lawrence will be back after the bye as promised.
  • Travis Etienne Jr. was the clear lead back but did little against a tough Lions run defense. If Tank Bigsby is over his ankle injury after the bye, Etienne has little value.
  • Jahmyr Gibbs, David Montgomery, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Jameson Williams were all top 12 plays at their positions. Sam LaPorta was out, so maybe the offense won't be quite as concentrated after he returns, but this offense looks like it will create some fantasy champions.
  • Jared Goff had over 400 passing yards and four scores, even though the backs scored the first three touchdowns on the ground. He's back to being a high-floor QB1 after a fantasy mini-slump where he only played poorly in one of three games.

LAR @ NE

  • Matthew Stafford snapped out of the Week 10 funk that saw him unable to lead the team to a touchdown. He threw four of them against the Patriots, who had a lot of trouble covering Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Stafford and the passing game have a tougher matchup this week against the Eagles.
  • Kyren Williams hasn't been a fantasy RB1 since Nacua and Kupp got healthy. He's still an every-week play, but you should lower expectations.
  • Drake Maye remains a viable QB1 play with the Patriots playing from behind. He'll face a resurgent Miami defense in Week 12.
  • Maye is spreading the ball around, so there's no clear receiving play, but he's doing enough to make many players in this offense rosterable, including Kendrick Bourne, who put together a strong WR2 game on only five targets and a timeshare role.

BAL @ PIT

  • The Steelers tend to give Lamar Jackson fits, and Week 11 fit this narrative. Jackson has a tough matchup against the Chargers in Week 12 but should stay in lineups.
  • No one in the Ravens passing game was a good play because of Jackson's inaccuracy and a good all-around performance by the Steelers, but this should also be an aberration.
  • The Steelers settled for six field goals, so Russell Wilson was disappointing in a great matchup, but George Pickens came through thanks to a season-high 12 targets.
  • Najee Harris showed no ill effects from his Week 10 ankle injury and led the backfield again in Week 11. He's still an RB2/Flex play on Thursday against a stout Browns run defense.

SEA @ SF

  • Geno Smith had a rough afternoon but came through on a game-winning scramble for a touchdown. He's a boom/bust QB1 against the Cardinals in a divisional showdown.
  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba came alive on the last drive and has emerged as the No. 1 target for Smith even with DK Metcalf back on the field and also productive.
  • George Kittle sitting hampered the running game, and only Jauan Jennings had a ceiling game among the passing game targets. Kittle being out (and Trent Williams less than 100%) is shrinking the offensive production pie, and only Jennings is a safe play without Kittle. Kittle should be back for Week 12 against the Packers.
  • Brock Purdy was very active as a runner, and that helped him post a solid fantasy game despite a quiet passing performance. He's a QB1 going forward, but watch the injury report. He has a sore throwing shoulder. If Purdy's passing quality declines further, he and this passing game might not be very good down the stretch.

ATL @ DEN

  • Kirk Cousins and the whole Falcons performed miserably. He was under pressure most of the afternoon. Darnell Mooney also left with a hamstring injury, which didn't help matters. We'll respect the Broncos defense and hope that Mooney is back after the bye.
  • Bo Nix had his best game as a pro and spread the ball around with touchdowns going to Marvin Mims Jr., Troy Franklin, and Nate Adkins. We'll target the Falcons defense after their bye, but Nix is a legit fantasy QB1, and his play is also good news for Courtland Sutton's value down the stretch.
  • One week after Audric Estime led the backfield by a large margin, Javonte Williams took back over. The lesson is we can't trust any Broncos back.

KC @ BUF

  • Patrick Mahomes II had a solid fantasy game, but it appears the return of Juju Smith-Schuster is going to make it hard to trust any Chiefs pass-catcher. We'll keep playing Travis Kelce because of his ceiling (for now), and Xavier Worthy had a good game, albeit all in one half. Mahomes, Worthy, and maybe DeAndre Hopkins should be in Week 12 lineups because of the Carolina matchup, but if they don't come through, it could be bleak for this offense in fantasy leagues going forward.
  • Kareem Hunt wasn't involved in the passing game the week after catching seven balls. Isiah Pacheco will return in the next week or two, so Hunt's value window has closed.
  • Josh Allen was a maestro without Dalton Kincaid or Keon Coleman out there against a tough defense. He clinched the game with a long scramble touchdown on fourth down.
  • James Cook was held in check, and his snap share dropped sharply. But he scored twice. He might not be trustworthy in the fantasy playoffs if the touchdowns stop coming.

CIN @ LAC

  • Joe Burrow was contained in the first half by a good Chargers defense but roared back in the second half only to lose another heartbreaker. He has leveled off as a top-five fantasy quarterback heading into the bye.
  • Chase Brown is continuing to get all of the running back touches, and a well-timed bye will keep him on the league-winner track.
  • Tee Higgins was dominant in his return and should be a big help to fantasy teams after the bye if he can just stay healthy.
  • Mike Gesicki faded into the background with Higgins back. He can be dropped.
  • Justin Herbert had an almost perfect first half but a rough second half. He still rallied to help lead a game-winning drive capped with a J.K. Dobbins touchdown. Herbert has been unleashed as a runner, and he's in sync with his receivers. He's a QB1 down the stretch.
  • Ladd McConkey frequently got open downfield and won at the catch point. He's a high-potential WR3/Flex who is gaining momentum.
  • Will Dissly had a big game and has emerged as a key target for Herbert over the last five games. He can be trusted as a TE1 against Baltimore.

HOU @ DAL

  • C.J. Stroud had a better game with Nico Collins back, but Joe Mixon scored all three offensive touchdowns, so it wasn't a great fantasy showing for the quarterback. He's still a QB1 consideration against the Titans.
  • Mixon is looking as good as ever; there are no signs of wear and tear. He's on the league-winner track as a fourth- to fifth-round pick in most leagues.
  • Collins wasn't in a full-time role, and the Cowboys didn't put up much of a fight, so he wasn't a big fantasy performer. However, he should still be in Week 12 lineups with more targets and snaps expected.
  • Cooper Rush threw 55 times, enough to make CeeDee Lamb a viable play, but he wasn't good. He'll start against Washington in Week 12, but we may end up seeing Trey Lance on Thanksgiving if things don't change.
  • Jake Ferguson left with a concussion. He has a short week of practice to clear concussion protocol, so Luke Schoonmaker, who filled in admirably, is a reasonable streamer for Week 12, assuming Ferguson is out.
  • Rico Dowdle had multiple drops in the passing game and appeared to have a reduced role in the second half. He's only desperation play material and isn't an essential hold.
