Underdog Pick'em (Champions) is an exciting daily fantasy game that lets you predict player performance across various stats. The concept is simple: choose whether a player will go higher or lower than their projected stats, and if all your selections are correct, you can win big.
How It Works
To get started, pick at least two props from two different teams. These can include a player’s touchdowns, passing yards, or even fantasy points. Select whether each prop will go higher or lower than the projected stat.
Payouts
The payout structure rewards you based on the number of selections in your ticket. The more props you add, the higher the potential payout. Typically, Underdog Fantasy's pick'em contests follow these payout multiples:
- Two picks: 3x
- Three picks: 6x
- Four picks: 10x
- Five picks: 20x
I’ll note if any of the picks given in this article have a different payout structure. Whether you're placing a simple two-pick ticket or aiming for the stars with five, there are plenty of options.
Week 6 Favorite and Two Injury Unders (6X)
The first prop this week includes my favorite overall player prop combined with a pair of injury-related unders.
Calvin Ridley – Higher than 3.5 Receptions
- This is my favorite player prop of the week. The Titans need to get their expensive top receiver going after back-to-back outings with just one catch.

Ridley is up against the Indianapolis Colts, a team that has allowed 5+ catches and 100+ receiving yards to outside wide receivers in three consecutive games. This sets up a favorable situation for Ridley to get his season back on track. Through the first five weeks, the Titans have faced the toughest pass defense schedule in the league.
While some may have concerns about trusting quarterback Will Levis, Ridley doesn’t need much from him to hit this prop. The Jaguars' head coach, Brian Callahan, emphasized the need to get Ridley more involved, saying, "We need to use his speed and explosiveness more... We need to find a way to get him going."
Evan Engram – Lower than 39.5 Receiving Yards
Evan Engram is returning from a hamstring injury that occurred before Week 2, and the Jaguars are likely to ease him back into action. With the offense coming off its best performance of the season and fellow tight end Brenton Strange emerging as a solid all-around player in Engram's absence, Jacksonville should feel comfortable giving Strange a ramp-up period to regain his rhythm and role.
Engram himself stated that he doesn't want to disrupt the offense's momentum. Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson confirmed that the team will "limit his volume, ramp him up, give him what he needs and see how he is at the end of the week." This cautious approach points to a lower-than-usual workload for Engram.
James Cook – Lower than 58.5 Rushing Yards
James Cook landed hard on his left toe after making a catch near the goal line last week against Houston, and while there hasn’t been clarity on the severity, it looked like a potential turf toe injury. He has missed multiple practices early in the week.
Even if Cook suits up, the injury could lead to a reduced workload, and he’s already been held below 40 rushing yards in two of the last three weeks. Given the uncertainty, taking the under here makes sense.
