The Guru's Notepad IDP Info: Week 2

As I watch games from Thursday through Monday Night Football, I take notes on the things that catch my eye. From injuries to unexpected box score production both good and bad, to scheme quirks and situations that could affect a player's production in weeks to come. By Wednesday evening, I turn these notes and the subsequent news and investigation into the Eyes of the Guru column.

On Monday mornings, I will be sharing those raw notes. There will not be a lot of analysis or in-depth description. Those things take time and will come later in the week. The goal is to give our customers an early heads up on things that could impact your important decisions for the week, so if something in the notes is particularly important to your team, you can look into it on your own and/or wait until the EOTG comes out that week to get my take.

• Jordan Hicks doesn't do much 3-4, JOK much better 6-3 PD
• Juan Thornhill had a big game 8-1. Don't chase the points

IDP Notes: Dallas

• DeMarvion Overshown with good numbers 5-6-1, but Eric Kendricks was huge 6-3-2 int. Did both play full-time?
• DeMarcus Lawrence large 4-1-2 FF. check snaps

IDP Notes: Denver

• Riley Moss 8-4 don't chase the points.
• Jonathan Cooper 2-4-2, Barron Browning 1-4
• Brandon Jones 4-2 and P.J. Lock 3-1 disappointing
• Cody Barton 2-0 Snaps?

IDP Notes: Detroit

• Terrion Arnold injured?
• Carlton Davis vs TB this week

IDP Notes: Green Bay

• Eric Wilson 3-1/ Isaiah McDuffie 3-3/Edgerrin Cooper 3-1 all getting time. snaps/roles
• Javon Bullard playing up as a box safety at times. 7-4.

• Weak numbers across the board. The Colts didn't run a lot of plays 9 pass completions, 22 runs.
