Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson leads all quarterbacks in DraftKings fantasy points per game (26.2), ranks ninth in passing yards per game (254.8), seventh in pass touchdowns per game (1.7), and leads a Ravens offense that ranks third in EPA/Play. He's the best quarterback in fantasy football.
Baker Mayfield is the home quarterback in the better fantasy game. He ranks tenth in passing yards per game (248.2) and second in pass touchdowns per game (2.5) and he leads a Buccaneers offense that ranks seventh in EPA/Play, fourth in Early Down Pass Frequency (EDPF), and second in Pass Rate Over Expected (PROE). The Ravens are a great team but their defense is vulnerable as they rank 20th in EPA/Play Allowed and 24th in Dropback EPA Allowed.
Running Backs
Derrick Henry ranks fifth in opportunities per game (21.2), first in total yards per game (125.5), and first in total touchdowns (9). The Ravens are 3.5-point favorites. Henry is a must-play.
JK Dobbins
Gus Edwards is on Injured Reserve, which means JK Dobbins should continue to shoulder the load. Dobbins ranks 15th in opportunities per game (18.8) and 11th in total yards per game (97.6). The Chargers are 2.5-point favorites and Dobbins gets to attack a Cardinals defense that only ranks 29th in EPA/Play Allowed and 20th in Rush EPA Allowed.
Rachaad White is questionable but projects to return to the lineup this week. Still, the coaching staff has reported they plan to play all three running backs. Bucky Irving and Sean Tucker are healthier and better players than White right now so we're continuing to roll with them. Last week without White: Opportunities: Tucker 17, Irving 16 Total Yards: Tucker 192, Irving 105 Touchdowns: Tucker 2, Irving 1. Tucker is no flash in the pan. He was a solid prospect who only went undrafted due to a medical/heart issue. While most of your competition refuses to believe last week's performance was a predictor of anything to come, now is a great time to play Tucker in tournaments.
Wide Receivers
Baltimore has one of the best offenses in football and Zay Flowers is the clear-cut alpha pass catcher. Flowers has seen 48 targets, 22 more than any other teammate. His eight targets per game rank 19th in the NFL. He's an elite play on this two-game slate.
Chris Godwin ranks 13th in targets per game (8.8), sixth in receiving yards per game (85.2), and first in receiving touchdowns (5). He's having a phenomenal season and is at home against a Ravens defense that ranks 20th in EPA/Play Allowed and 24th in Dropback EPA Allowed. Tampa Bay projects to have to throw to keep pace in this one.
Ladd McConkey's 32 targets are 10 more than any other Charger and he's looked good as a rookie. He's questionable but projected to play. If he's active, he's a strong play in a great matchup against a bad Cardinals defense that only ranks 29th in EPA/Play Allowed and 31st in Dropback EPA Allowed.
Mike Evans has been dealing with a hamstring issue this week and at one point was reported to be a game-time decision. Now, he's off the injury report entirely. Evans is tournament option who has scored multiple touchdowns in two games already this season. He ranks first in touchdown receptions (5). He's at home against a Ravens defense that ranks 20th in EPA/Play Allowed and 24th in Dropback EPA Allowed. Tampa Bay projects to have to throw to keep pace in this one.
Marvin Harrison Jr. cleared concussion protocol and is ready to roll. He's a big play man for Kyler Murray as he has four receiving touchdowns and ranks 11th in the league in yards per reception (16.4).
Rashod Bateman ranks 14th in the NFL in yards per reception (16.1). He ranks second on the Ravens in targets (26) and receiving yards (273). He's a fun tournament play.
Tight Ends
Trey McBride ranks second in targets (37), second in receptions (28), and fifth in receiving yards (271) at the tight end position. He's the best and most reliable tight-end play on this two-game slate.
Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely
Both Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely ran 18 routes (60% of dropbacks) last week. Likely ranks third on the team in receiving yards (207) and Andrews ranks fourth on the team in receiving yards (186). Both are in play.
Team Defense
Chargers
The Chargers are 2.5-point favorites and their defense has been dominant this season. They rank second in EPA/Play Allowed, fourth in Dropback EPA Allowed, and first in Rush EPA Allowed.
