Our IDP streaming matchups did not click for Week 3 outside Solomon Thomas as a sleeper. Streaming is not easy. We saw teams show their true colors in Week 3, leaving plenty of questions in the air. Week 4 provides some fun matchups to exploit. Here are the top IDP streaming matchups for IDL and Edge positions.
IDL and Edge Streaming Options
IDP Streaming IDL Option, Jordan Davis, Philadelphia
Matchup: Tampa Bay - Ranked 23rd in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Davis has started slowly in 2024. He only has six tackles and a sack after three games. If his Week 3 showing tells where he is, it is time to let him loose. Davis was the athletic behemoth we know him to be in Week 3, with four total tackles and a sack. Here is the view Derek Carr had with the massive man rumbling down on him:

Davis has been part of an interior rotation in Philadelphia, playing on 51% of the team's snaps. This may scare some away, but a man that size being fresh makes him more productive. The Eagles play the Buccaneers in Week 4 whose offensive line has been atrocious in pass defense. They allowed seven sacks in the blowout loss to the lowly Broncos in Week 3. Davis is better than any interior defender the Broncos have, which makes him a strong IDP streaming option for Week 4.
IDP Streaming IDL Option, Calais Campbell, Miami
Matchup: Tennessee - Ranked 28th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Campbell is the ageless wonder. He can produce year in and year out on any team, no matter the scheme. He is just that good. Campbell is currently in his 17th season in the NFL. My mind was blown at that number as well. The Dolphins needed interior pass-rushing help, and Campbell has two sacks in his first three games. That fits the bill. He has seen plenty of time on the field with a 54% snap share and is a staple on their interior.
A matchup with the Titans is perfect. Will Levis has been the unfortunate recipient of numerous memes and ridicule for his erratic play. The Titans have also allowed 15 sacks in three games, which is bad enough for the second-most allowed in the NFL. Campbell should be able to make some noise against this shaky offensive line, which would make him a great IDP streaming option.

IDP Streaming Edge Option, Derek Barnett, Houston
Matchup: Jacksonville - Ranked 18th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Barnett? But the Texans have Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter. How is a bench player an IDP streaming option? Anderson Jr. and Hunter are all-pro talents, but that does not detract from the fact that Barnett has firmly placed himself in an Edge-rushing rotation. Barnett has a 43% snap share playing with those two beastly pass-rushers. He also has a sack in consecutive weeks.
The Texans play the Jaguars in Week 4. They have looked dreadful in 2024. After getting sacked four times in Week 3 and 12 on the season, things will not get easier for them against the Texans in Week 4. Barnett has big-play potential, putting him on the IDP streaming radar.
IDP Streaming Edge Option, Leonard Floyd, San Francisco
Matchup: New England - Ranked 30th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Floyd was brought over to the 49ers to be a formidable edge-rushing partner for Nick Bosa to relieve some of the attention put on the star. Floyd has been excellent, providing no less than nine sacks per season since 2020. He is not off to the hot start 49ers fans had hoped for, but his Week 1 performance gives hope. He finished Week 1 with a sack and four pressures. He showed a veteran's savvy in his snap timing as well. Watch him jump here and make the tackle in the backfield:

The 49ers look for a get-right game against the lowly Patriots. The Patriots allowed seven sacks in Week 3 to the Jets. The pass-rushing trio of Bosa, Floyd, and Javon Hargrave should feast this week, making Floyd a strong IDP streaming option.
IDL and Edge Sleeper Options
IDP Streaming IDL Option, Shelby Harris, Cleveland
Matchup: Las Vegas - Ranked 20th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Harris is by no means the same player he was with Denver and Seattle. Week 3 showed there is a trickle of high octane left in the tank. He totaled six tackles in their defeat and has posted a 54% snap share on the season. Playing with such a formidable edge-rushing unit helps to collapse pockets where Harris is.
His matchup against the Raiders makes that previous statement so intriguing. They have allowed 11 sacks in three games and will have their hands full with Myles Garrett and Za'Darius Smith. Harris could make a splash play and is a sleeper IDP streaming option.
IDP Streaming Edge Option, Tyree Wilson, Las Vegas
Matchup: Cleveland - Ranked 13th in Matt Bitonti's Offensive Line Rankings
Wilson has not lived up to the hype that warranted the 7th overall pick in 2023. He only played 11% of snaps in Week 1 and was inactive in Week 2. His snap share boosted up to 46% in Week 3. Malcolm Koonce is now out for the season. Wilson is facing minimal competition for an expanded role. He came away with two tackles and one pressure in Week 3.
The Browns have allowed a league-worst 16 sacks over the first three games. Maxx Crosby requires a ton of offensive line attention. This should leave Wilson with plenty of one-on-one matchups to work with. Wilson is a sneaky IDP streaming option for Week 4.
Final Thoughts
IDP streaming is difficult, but you can take advantage of it if you attack the correct matchups. Each matchup in this week's article is 8th or worst in sacks allowed. If you are streaming, you are just one big play away from making it through the week unscathed. Thank you for reading my weekly article, and good luck in Week 4.
