- Cousins is already practicing after tearing his Achilles last season.
- They bolstered their receiver depth by adding Darnell Mooney and Rondale Moore.
- Kyle Pitts' former backup, Jonnu Smith, is now the starting tight end in Miami.
Baltimore Ravens (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- Both of last year's running backs, Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins, signed with the Chargers.
- Baltimore no longer needed them after signing Derrick Henry from Tennessee.
- WR Odell Beckham left for Miami. The Ravens are hoping for a breakout season from Rashod Bateman to replace him.

- TE Mark Andrews is healthy, so Isaiah Likely will return to a backup role.
Buffalo Bills (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- They traded WR Stefon Diggs to Houston, and WR Gabe Davis signed with Jacksonville.
- WR Curtis Samuel came over from Washington.
- The Bills also drafted rookie WR Keon Coleman in the second round.
- With the deficiencies at receiver, TE Dalton Kincaid could have a significant role.
- It is James Cook at running back again, but his backups will be rookies Ray Davis and Frank Gore Jr.

- The most significant change is the scheme. Dave Canales came over from Tampa Bay to be the head coach.
- Rookie RB Jonathon Brooks should be the starter when healthy.
- Diontae Johnson, the former Pittsburgh Steeler, will be the top receiver.
- They also traded into the first round to draft WR Xavier Legette.

Chicago Bears (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- Shane Waldron takes over as offensive coordinator. He is from the Sean McVay tree but was most recently in Seattle.
- QB Justin Fields is gone, but they drafted Caleb Williams with the first overall pick.
- D'Andre Swift joined the team after one year in Philadelphia. He will lead the pack at running back.
- They traded for WR Keenan Allen and drafted WR Rome Odunze with their other first-round pick.

Cincinnati Bengals (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- QB Joe Burrow is healthy and practicing with the team.
- Long-time running back Joe Mixon is gone, traded to Houston.
- The Bengals added Zack Moss to compete with Chase Brown to replace Mixon.
- Both star receivers, Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, are unhappy with their contracts.
- Chase has reported but is sitting out during the early days of training camp.
- The team used the franchise tag on Higgins, and while he did request a trade, it does appear that he will play on the one-year deal for 2024.
- Last year's third receiver, Tyler Boyd, signed with Tennessee.
- That leaves last year's rookies, Charlie Jones and Andrei Iosivas, and this year's third-round pick, Jermaine Burton, as the primary depth at receiver.
- They brought in Mike Gesicki to start at tight end.
Cleveland Browns (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- We should see a healthy Deshaun Watson at quarterback.
- Last year's surprising backup, Joe Flacco, signed with the Colts. It will be Jameis Winston behind Watson this year.
- At running back, Nick Chubb has not fully recovered from last year's knee injury, and the team did not re-sign Kareem Hunt.
- A free-agent addition, D'Onta Foreman will compete with Jerome Ford for touches at running back while Chubb cannot play.
- The Browns traded for a wide receiver for the third offseason. Jerry Jeudy joins Amari Cooper and Elijah Moore as the team's top receivers.

- The team drafted QB Bo Nix with their first-round pick.
- He'll compete with Jarrett Stidham and Zach Wilson for the starting job.

- The team retained interim head coach Antonio Pierce and hired former Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy to run the offense.
- Gardner Minshew signed on to compete with Aidan O'Connell for the starting quarterback job.
- RB Josh Jacobs went to Green Bay, so Zamir White will step into the starting role.
- They added Alexander Mattison to compete with White.
- The team also spent a first-round pick on TE Brock Bowers.
- With no additions to the receiving corps, Bowers could play a hybrid role in 2024.
Los Angeles Chargers (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- The changes start at the top, with Jim Harbaugh coming in as head coach and Greg Roman as offensive coordinator.

- They let RB Alexander Mattison go in free agency. He signed with the Raiders.
- The Vikings replaced him with Aaron Jones from the Packers.
- T.J. Hockenson is still recovering from a late-season knee injury.
- If he were to miss time, Robert Tonyan would start in his place.

- After 24 seasons, the team parted ways with Bill Belichick.
- New head coach Jerod Mayo's staff includes offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt, who was most recently with the Cleveland Browns.

- Polk is already seeing reps with the starters while Kendrick Bourne recovers from a knee injury.

- In an effort to replace Johnson, the team drafted Roman Wilson and signed Van Jefferson.
San Francisco 49ers (Footballguys Full Team Projections)
- While the 49ers have almost no fantasy-relevant changes, WR Brandon Aiyuk is unhappy with this contract, and trade rumors have swirled for months.
- If he were to go, the team drafted wideout Ricky Pearsall to fill his role.
