The other side of succeeding with undervalued players is failing with overvalued players. These players will not put up stats commensurate to their draft spot, and avoiding them is another of the important keys to a successful fantasy team. To point out these players, we asked our staff to look through IDP ADP from TheIDPShow.com and identify players that should underperform their draft position.

Jevon Holland, Miami Dolphins
Joseph Haggan: The Dolphins brought in Vic Fangio to be their new defensive coordinator. This means we know that the Dolphins will play a lot of Quarters defense, Cover 6, and Cover 8. In these coverages, there are virtually always two single high safeties. The philosophy of Fangio is to not be beaten with big plays, and Holland is the team's best cover safety. Fangio hates to blitz. This means that the 37 pass-rush snaps and two sacks will be non-existent for Holland. I don't see Fangio's defense being one that will have Holland as the aggressor, dropping him down my rankings.
Kyle Bellefeuil: During Jevon Holland’s first two seasons in Miami, he’s spent the majority of his snaps (70.8%) aligned deep at free safety. This trend should continue with new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio and his affinity for two-high coverage usage to help eliminate explosive plays. Holland did have a productive 2022 season with a career-high 96 tackles (77 solos). However, IDP gamers drafting Holland at his current ADP (DB17) and expecting him to repeat or eclipse those numbers could end up disappointed.
