Kyle Williams

Williams is a sudden and fast athlete with excellent skill after the catch and the potential to acclimate his routes quickly to the NFL. His greatest obstacle is his attack at the catch point. He clap-attacks a lot of targets--even when he catches the ball, he is prone to fighting the target. 

He got away with this in college, but it's harder to succeed with this flaw at the next level. He is impressing onlookers and teammates in camp, but this issue usually shows up when the lights come on and players begin thinking more than reacting. 

Expect Williams to have a catch percentage that's lower than desired, but a high yards-per-catch average, strong yardage for a rookie, and some big games. 

Produced in all five collegiate seasons. Versatile and dynamic receiver who should start from day one. If Mack Hollins, Kayshon Boutte, or Kendrick Bourne block him from playing time early, it's only a matter of time before that changes. He's too good to keep off the field.
