Jaydon Blue

Blue has speed and pass-catching skills. Think of the rookie as a young and inexperienced option along the Austin Ekeler archetype. 

Blue will need a lot of "ifs" to deliver fantasy value as a starter. Here are three. 

1) The Cowboys must shore up the offensive line. Tyron Smith at guard is a positive start. 

2) Blue must improve his awful fumble rate that has stalled or ended careers for backs with starter talent. 

3. Blue must beat out two other veteran talents with starter experience, more power, and better size to withstand NFL workloads. 

Expect playing time and invest late for his ceiling, but I wouldn't hang on too long if the lottery ticket doesn't pay off in early October.

He has elite skills: speed and pass-catching ability. Ran a 4.4 40-yard dash but plays even faster than that. He is too good in space, too fast, and too good a receiver not to be involved as a rookie.
