Isaiah Likely

Drafting Likely in the double-digit rounds will pay off handsomely one of these years. But any potential breakout will probably have to wait for the back half of the season after he's recovered from foot surgery.

We're in Year Three of Likely's (unlikely) ascendance to a starting role in Baltimore while Mark Andrews remains in place. Likely will generate big plays, and he'll have weeks where he eclipses Andrews, but not often enough to merit having on your roster as anything more than an insurance policy. His time may come as a starter, but it's unlikely this year. 

A broken bone in his foot during training camp has him likely to miss the beginning of the season and has caused him to drop in the rankings. He's a chess piece for Todd Monken and the Ravens offense. He's utilized in motion, out of the backfield, in line, in the slot, etc. Likely will be just 25 years old this season and is five years younger than Mark Andrews.
